ONE-ON-ONE PT

PT prices vary from $80-95 per 45min session, depending on trainer and session frequency. We offer a no-strings-attached complimentary trial for all, so feel free to drop us a line if you’re interested.

We have no lock-in contracts or joining fees and all weekly PT clients get unlimited access to our fully equipped gym at no extra cost.

PLUS the option of adding unlimited classes for only $29 per week*.

TWO-ON-ONE PT

$100-120 / 45min session

Fun? Fitness? Funds? To make sure you wind up at the gym, instead of the bar after work? Whatever your reason, training with a partner is a sure-fire way to make sure you get the work done and have fun in the process!


Two-on-one training ranges from $100-120 per 45min session, per couple, trainer dependent. We offer a no-strings-attached complimentary trial for all, so feel free to drop us a line if you’re interested.

RAISE THE BAR

Raise The Bar is a fully kitted rig system, purpose-built for our small group training class, Raise The Bar. Train with up to 7 other like-minded individuals and one of our highly experienced coaches to focus on lifting technique and increasing strength in a structured, safe and goal-oriented way.

Small group training is a great alternative for those who are a little more budget conscious or those that prefer the camaraderie of a group.
