COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

  • To book your complimentary session or class, fill out the 'Free Trial' form available in the top right corner of this page. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (possibly 36 hours if it's late on a Saturday or Sunday) to get it sorted for you.

  • Download our 'Prime Athletica' app, create an account (which takes a total of 5 minutes), purchase a class pack, free trial (if you haven't already) or a membership, then go to the 'Timetable' tab to get browsing and booking!

  • All we ask is for 3 hours notice to give members who may otherwise miss out, a chance to book and, trainers the chance to modify a class if need be. If you cancel within 3 hours of class starting or do not show up to a booked class on 3 occasions, your account will be temporarily suspended until you contact management to reactivate your account. Please note that this suspension does not pause your weekly debits.

  • If a class you want to attend is full, please book in anyway and you will be automatically added to the waitlist. Waitlists prioritise in order of time booked but in most circumstances, members on a waitlist end up getting bumped into class. You will receive an email (and push notification if you have them enabled) notifying you of a changed position on a waitlist or of being added to a class. The onus is on you to cancel a class if you no longer wish to attend.

  • We offer end-to-end gym, classes catering to all levels of experience and bespoke personal training services. We have a fully equipped gym with mostly Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Matrix equipment and, Personal Trainers and Nutritionists to meet most requirements.

    Both of our studios also offer toilet and shower facilities complete with GHD hair straighteners, blow-dryers, hair products and accessories and, personal hygiene products.

    Both studios also offer sparkling and filtered water stations and a small range of protein and pre-workout supplements from Macro Mike and Nutrition Warehouse.

  • Our team of qualified Personal Trainers are able to cater training to you at most stages of pre and post natal, as long as you have clearance from your Obstetrician to train. A few of our trainers have post-qualifications in pre and post natal training if you are after more specialised services, just make a note of this when enquiring. Otherwise if you're just wanting to come along to a class and ensure you're doing things safely for you and bub, let your class trainer know when you arrive.

  • We like to keep things straightforward with our memberships and our suspensions are the same. You can suspend your membership for a week and up to 3 months at a time, just note that it has to be in line with your debit cycle. For example, if your membership debits on a Sunday and you'd like to suspend for 1 week, your suspension would start on a Sunday and your membership would resume the following Sunday.

  • We don't want to hold you against your will, which is why we don't have lock in contracts. You can cancel your membership up to 24 hours prior to your next debit date. If your notice is less than 24 hours, we'll set your cancellation for the following week.

    Please note that if you do cancel your membership and rejoin at a later time, you will be rejoining at the current membership rate.
