Fitness Classes


We offer 7 different types of group classes that focus on different body sections or fitness methods, including everything from high-intensity interval training to weight training to boxing.

All classes are capped at 15 participants (except Sundays which are capped at 18) to make sure you receive plenty of support around exercise technique and efficiency – and so you can get to know each other.

Each class is expertly designed and run by our team of highly-experienced, fully-certified personal trainers. You won’t find these classes anywhere else.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) the way it should be - short, sharp and INTENSE. Designed to burn MORE calories in LESS time.

Baby Got Back

Reach your booty and leg goals sooner! Shape and define your calves, quads, hamstrings, butt and core.

All Rounder

A circuit style workout to get the heart rate up and your blood pumping to every muscle group from head to toe!

30 mins
ABC...ABs and Cardio...Get it? A 30 minute ab and cardio blaster with a strong focus on core activation, with bouts of interval cardio training.

Up Top!

All about shaping and defining your guns, chest, back and shoulders. Filled with supersets, dropsets and lots of gains.

Sock It To Me!

Let us take the lead get you fighting fit! Shoulders, arms, abs and cardio conditioning using pad sequences and drills to get you sweating up a storm and boxing like a champ in no time.

Pumping Iron
45 mins
A strength wokrout that would make Arnie himself proud! Get ready to up your weights game and build serious strength in our only full body strength class.
