A class for every kind of fit! We offer 6 different types of group classes that focus on everything from fitness to strength training to core & conditioning.
All classes are capped at 15 people, with ‘Raise the Bar’ small-group training strength capped at 8 people. Each class is designed in-house and coached by our team of experienced, fully-certified Personal Trainers. You won’t find these classes anywhere else and you won’t be coached by a screen.
